Ellen & Daniel, Southern Dunes Golf Club, Maricopa AZ Wedding
The weather in Arizona cooperated the day that Ellen and Daniel decided to tie the knot and, which was wonderful because, they had an outdoor ceremony planned at the beautiful Southern Dunes Golf Club. Ellen and Daniel were engaged on Ellen's birthday. Daniel had planned to ask her to marry him following a romantic dinner, but nerves got the best of him and he popped the question in front of her house. Of course she said yes!
I was lucky to be a part of their day as their photographer, able to capture everything from the ladies getting ready to the ceremony and reception.
Ellen had chosen stunning beach-glass colored dresses for her bride of honor, bridesmaids and flower-girls and tied the look together with the men wearing matching beach-glass ties. The colors looked stunning against her strapless lace gown that was accented by a sparkling accent belt, drop earrings and a simple necklace.
About seventy people attended the wedding at the Southern Dunes Golf Club where the two were married under bright blue skies and warm weather. After the heartfelt ceremony, I was able to get lots of photos of Ellen and Daniel with the people who stood at their sides during the wedding, the bridesmaids and groomsmen.
After, it was off to the reception that had a rustic flare to it with burlap table runners and centerpieces crafted with cacti and succulents. It was here that Ellen and Daniel shared their first dance, toasts, and well wishes from their attending friends and family. We even managed to sneak away for a little while to get some photos as the sun set behind them, bringing a beautiful end to a perfect day.
Congratulations Ellen and Daniel!
